Ben Venue has a large number of international customers. Because we are a contract manufacturer, we are audited by the quality assurance group of each of our customers, including international regulatory authorities.

Ben Venue operates a Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) at its Bedford, Ohio facility. By maintaining a FTZ, Ben Venue is able to provide a variety of benefits to its clients purchasing contract development and manufacturing services. If the active drug substance is dutiable in the U.S., it can be admitted to the facility prior to duty being assessed. When manufactured products are shipped from the facility, no duties are paid. Duty drawbacks or Temporary Inport Bonds are not needed.
