Ben Venue has a large number of international customers. Because we are a contract manufacturer, we are audited by the quality assurance group of each of our customers, in addition to international regulatory authorities.

Ben Venue operates a Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) at its Bedford, Ohio facility. If the active drug substance for contract development or manufacturing services is dutiable in the United States, and will be re-exported outside of the U.S., it can be admitted to the facility prior to duty being assessed. When manufactured products are shipped from the facility, no duties are paid. Duty drawbacks or Temporary Import Bonds are not needed.
